About Whom?

It fell even before it bloomed
‘am one of the fallen leaves,
constantly tossed by the playful wind,
drifted just about anywhere,
simply abiding, not thinking even a bit.
will thunder scare me with it’s growling?
lightning could strike me with it’s fire,
floods might lead me to the deepest sea,
worse yet, won’t even go as far as the seaside.
do fallen leaves have will?
yeah, a single destiny shared,
the perpetuation of the fruit-bearing tree-
the betterment of others.
A worthy cause, after all.
